Under MAR Article 19, company directors and executives across the EU (and the UK post-Brexit under its own rules) must publicly disclose share transactions within 3 business days. The data is public — but it is scattered across more than a dozen national regulators, published in different formats, and rarely aggregated in one place.
Each EU member state maintains its own disclosure database. BaFin for Germany, AMF for France, AFM for the Netherlands, FSMA for Belgium — none of them use the same format.
European insiders have up to 3 business days to report a transaction. Acting quickly on fresh data matters — stale aggregators can lag by days or weeks.
Raw regulatory filings contain noise: option exercises, inheritance, DRIP purchases. Meaningful signal requires filtering and classifying each transaction type.
Academic research (Jeng, Metrick & Zeckhauser 2003) shows insider purchase portfolios generate significant abnormal returns. European data has historically been under-covered by retail tools.
Insider buys with a detected signal (cluster, price dip, pre-blackout, or repetitive buying) have averaged +3.2% returns over 90 days across 1,452 tracked signals. See the full study →

Most insider tracking tools stop at displaying raw transactions. InsidersAlpha adds a layer of intelligence designed for investors who want actionable signal, not just raw data.
Every transaction receives a conviction score based on transaction size relative to the insider's net position, role seniority, and timing relative to earnings. Quickly filter for the trades that matter most.
InsidersAlpha monitors 1,750+ active share buyback programs across covered markets — the only European insider tracker to combine insider signals with corporate buyback data in a single feed.
Insider purchases filed within 30 days before a scheduled earnings date are flagged with a pre-earnings badge. Research suggests these are among the highest-confidence insider signals available.
InsidersAlpha is the only non-Korean platform aggregating major-holder and executive disclosures from South Korea's DART system, covering KOSPI and KOSDAQ-listed companies alongside European markets.

InsidersAlpha tracks director, CEO, and substantial shareholder transactions disclosed through SGX (Singapore Exchange) company announcements, covering SGX-listed companies under the Securities and Futures Act. Browse Singapore transactions →
Every transaction on InsidersAlpha comes directly from an official regulator's own disclosure feed — not a third-party data reseller. That includes BaFin, AMF, FCA, FI, and the other 13 regulators shown above. Filings are parsed daily, normalized into a common format, and cross-checked against known price history to flag likely data errors before they reach the signal layer.
To validate whether the signal layer (cluster buying, price dip buying, pre-blackout buying, repetitive buying) actually identifies higher-conviction trades, we ran a study against the full transaction history: insider buys with at least one detected signal averaged +3.2% over the following 90 days, across 1,452 tracked signals. Two of the specific signals worth understanding on their own: cluster buying (multiple insiders at the same company buying within a short window) and price dip buying (an insider buying after a meaningful price decline) — both have their own dedicated pages explaining how they're detected and what the historical data shows.

Nordic coverage varies widely by platform. InsidersAlpha covers all 4 Nordic markets — Sweden (Finansinspektionen), Denmark (Nasdaq Copenhagen), Norway (Oslo Bors), and Finland (FIN-FSA) — with daily updates. InsiderScreener covers Nordic markets but does not include Norway. InsiderPulse includes Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
US insiders file Form 4 with the SEC within 2 business days of a transaction, and the data flows into a single centralised EDGAR database. European insiders disclose under MAR Article 19 within 3 business days to their national regulator — but the data is spread across 15+ separate regulatory systems, each with its own format. That fragmentation is the core problem that aggregators like InsidersAlpha solve.
