By accessing or using InsidersAlpha, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InsidersAlpha ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

InsidersAlpha is a financial data aggregation platform that collects, normalises, and presents publicly-disclosed insider transaction filings from European financial regulators. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Subscription terms

InsidersAlpha offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — limited access, no payment required, no account required
• Pro — full access at €9.99/month or €119.88/year (annual plan)
• Elite — full access with additional features at €19.99/month or €179.88/year (annual plan)

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@insidersalpha.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in or facilitate illegal activity, including but not limited to market manipulation, insider trading, or securities fraud
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Service without written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data from the Service without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable personal use
• Share your account credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple users under a single account

6. Intellectual property

The InsidersAlpha platform, including its design, scoring models, signal logic, and software, is the intellectual property of InsidersAlpha. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

Underlying regulatory data (filings sourced from BaFin, AMF, AFM, etc.) is public information. InsidersAlpha claims no ownership of the raw regulatory data.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. InsidersAlpha does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or current. See our full Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InsidersAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

InsidersAlpha's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InsidersAlpha in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
